In my opinion, the best way to maximize the effectiveness of your workout session is first, stop all the chit chat, stop looking at your phone, put on those headphones, hit em music and don’t stop till yer’ done.

Music is the best solution when you need to focus on something, and it is proven fact that listening to music while working out helps to improve your sets, motivates you to push more and overall have a great workout session.
