HIIT

Well since most of us do not have the luxury of going to the gym simply because we are to busy, so try out this workout which is a 15 to 20 minutes of HIIT to start your day fresh!

For this workout we will only be using our body weights and here are the workouts we will be doing :

1. Body Squats

2. Bur pees

3. Leg Lifts
  1. 3 Minutes warm up

Start off by warming up those muscles :

60 Seconds of body squats
60 seconds of jumping jacks
60 seconds of leg lifts 
*perform each exercise right after the other

After warm up, rest for 20 seconds and perform the below exercise :

2. 15 minutes HIIT

60 Seconds of body squats
60 Seconds of leg lifts
60 Seconds of bur pee
60 Seconds of jumping jacks
20 Seconds rest
* Repeat each exercise after 20 seconds rest but reduce 10 seconds 
* Repeat the exercise until you reach 10 seconds for each exercise
